Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Welcome to Inner Amour.
Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us. As our products are intimate wear and fall under the hygiene category, we have a limited return and exchange policy to ensure every customer receives products in pristine condition.
1. Return & Exchange Window
Returns or exchanges can be requested within 4 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Requests received after 4 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligible Products
A product is eligible for return or exchange only if:

It is unused, unworn and unwashed.

Original tags, labels and packaging are intact.

It is in its original condition without stains, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, damage or alterations.

The product passes our quality inspection after it reaches our warehouse.
3. Products Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless received damaged, defective or incorrect:

Panties

Briefs
-
Lingerie that has been worn or tried without hygiene protection

Products with removed tags

Used or washed products
-
Gift cards
-
Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
4. Wrong, Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive:

a damaged product,

a manufacturing defect,
-
or an incorrect item,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order Number

Clear photographs of the product
-
Images of the packaging
-
A short description of the issue
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Size Exchange
We understand that choosing the correct size online can sometimes be difficult.
Size exchange is available within 4 days of delivery, subject to:

Stock availability
-
Product being unused
-
Original tags and packaging being intact
-
Successful quality inspection
Only one exchange per order will be allowed.
6. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and passes inspection:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective or incorrect product, Inner Amour will bear the return shipping cost.

For size exchanges or customer preference, return shipping charges may be applicable unless otherwise stated during promotional offers.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and will follow the Return & Exchange Policy.
9. Return Inspection
Every returned item undergoes a quality inspection.
Inner Amour reserves the right to reject returns if:

the product shows signs of use,

tags are missing,
-
hygiene standards are compromised,

or the return conditions are not met.
Rejected items will be shipped back to the customer.
